Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-driven Procurement Specialist to support a growing portfolio of enterprise and program-based clients. This role is responsible for managing orders from approval through production and delivery—ensuring accuracy, speed, and seamless coordination between sales, vendors, production partners, and logistics. This is a critical execution role for someone who thrives on precision, accountability, and making complex orders move smoothly behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities: Accurately process customer orders in order management and ERP systems (NetSuite, Printavo, and related tools). Review orders for completeness, pricing accuracy, timelines, artwork approvals, and production requirements.
