JOB SUMMARY: The Fundraising and Community Engagement Manager is responsible for supporting and executing fundraising, donor engagement, and community outreach strategies that advance the Adelbrook mission. This role ensures the delivery of high-impact, mission-driven fundraising initiatives that strengthen donor relationships, expand community partnerships, and increase philanthropic support. The Manager works collaboratively with agency leadership, program teams, volunteers, and external stakeholders to elevate brand visibility, drive donor engagement, and support long-term sustainability and growth. WORK SCHEDULE: Traditional weekday office hours; however, agency events and community activities may occur in the evenings and weekends. Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends, is required.
