Job Summary The Respiratory Therapist Lead - RRT oversees and coordinates the Respiratory Therapy department's daily activities, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with healthcare standards. The Lead provides advanced respiratory care to patients, assists in developing departmental policies, and serves as a resource for other respiratory therapists. This role is responsible for mentoring staff, supporting clinical education, and ensuring that equipment and procedures meet regulatory requirements.
