Join our Team as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner! The Role: The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with Associates and management in designated business units. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and Associates that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition. What You’ll Be Doing: Strategic Partnership - Partner with departmental and business leaders on strategic initiatives, including organizational engagement and culture, business transformation and restructures, workforce planning, performance management, career pathing, and succession planning. - Collaborate with leaders to identify training needs, ensure completion of required training, and support leadership/executive coaching and development. - Recommend training programs and partner with the Organizational Development (OD) team on career development tools, competency matrices, leadership programs, HR orientation,...
