Job description

The Home & Living cluster team manages businesses within the broader Home & Living categories. The team is responsible for identifying, acquiring and growing emerging merchants as well as creating long-term strategies to develop existing businesses on TikTok Shop. The team manages hundreds of accounts across various verticals: kitchenware, home decor & supplies, furnishing, sports & outdoors, toys & hobbies etc. The Home & Living team is set for growth with continuous commitment to merchants and customer experience. This role is based in our London office. The Home & Living team is seeking a Business Developer who is responsible for identifying, onboarding and incubating key e-commerce brands/retailers/merchants and providing them with development strategies, educational support and other resources to gain success on TikTok Shop. In this role, you will oversee the entire 'lead-to-onboard-to-established' process, which includes prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing agreements with sellers in TikTok Shop's Home & Living categories.
