Job description

Perform a combination of preventative maintenance, mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, carpentry, upholstery, painting and electrical maintenance throughout property. Experience in mechanical, electrical, plumbing and low voltage controls maintenance Knowledge of repair and troubleshooting building management systems, life safety systems and lighting control systems Knowledge of repair and troubleshooting HVAC and refrigeration systems (air handlers, fan coils, compressors, motors, pumps) Experience in repair and troubleshooting commercial low voltage AC circuits. Experience in repair of electronics: Knowledge and experience with low voltage control circuits, video, processor control devices, wireless control circuits, phone systems Candidate should also have a minimum 5 years’ experience working in High-Rise Hotel Casinos or other commercial properties Must have the ability to work alone on any given project without assistance from the senior watch or lead person in that department Must possess an EPA card and or certifications in at least (2) of the following areas: Plumbing and refrigeration Welding and sheet metal: Experience in repair and troubleshooting commercial kitc...
