About the job We are looking for a Total Rewards Analyst to play a key role in shaping and delivering a competitive, fair, and data‑driven reward strategy in a global environment. Working across multiple countries, you will drive core compensation processes, including annual reward cycles, market benchmarking, job leveling, and pay equity reporting, while continuously improving frameworks and processes to support transparency and consistency. Partnering closely with stakeholders, you will translate complex compensation & benefits data into clear, actionable recommendations and act as a trusted advisor on hires, promotions, and organizational changes. This role offers a strong opportunity to combine analytical depth, stakeholder influence, and professional judgment to make a meaningful impact on how rewards support business performance and employee trust.
