Job Description: Saab, Inc. is seeking a highly accomplished and experienced Senior Program Manager to support the Training and Simulation Business Area in Orlando, FL. As the Senior Program Manager, you will have a demonstrable track record of delivering highly complex, multi-year programs within the Department of War environment. You will be joining a dynamic team supporting United States Marine Corps and U.S. Army training, with a focus on the Live Training Domain. Responsibilities include: Direct and influence teams to ensure program and project success and drive results. Lead the development of costs and the submission of contract change proposals as assigned. Lead material cost management and forecasting, including submission of material requests to purchasing as necessary, payment and reconciliation of vendor and subcontractor invoices, assistance with program schedule development and maintenance, and assistance with collecting and reporting project status items. Lead the preparation of delivery requests for documentation and software deliveries to both customers and internal teams as necessary.
