Salary range - $200k to $250k Job Purpose: The Head of Technology is a leadership role responsible for defining, governing, and executing the Bank’s technology strategy in alignment with growing business demands, technology standards and local regulatory obligations of Mashreq US. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of technology multi-year strategy, delivery and operations which includes critical banking applications, enterprise infrastructure, regulatory compliance, and vendor management. The role demands deep expertise in banking technology and applications, regulatory frameworks, and enterprise infrastructure, with a strong focus on operational resilience, security, and customer service excellence. T he role carries direct accountability for technology resilience, data integrity, regulatory technology compliance, and third-party risk management, while delivering modern, cost-effective, and highly available technology services across Financial Institution, Corporate & Investment Banking, Payments, and Treasury operations.
