Law internships: legal & corporate ESG

Job description

Introduction The Legal Corporate & E SG- team is based in Veldhoven and works with a network of ASML in - house counsels globally. The team is part of the ASML Legal & Compliance department, which includes over 100 professionals. The team provides expert legal advice related to a broad array of corporate matters within ASML, such as mergers and acquisitions, investments, restructurings, financing, legal entity management, disclosures, insider trading compliance and intercompany flows. We advise ASML’s ESG and Sustainability functions, providing guidance o n sustainability - related matters , concentrating on the environmental and social pillars of ESG. As legal experts, we interpret upcoming laws and regulations and support the organization in understanding its ESG reporting and due diligence obligations. Your Assignment: We have two internships within our team. We aim to give each intern a focus area (corporate or ESG ) but both interns will have the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of business activities of the entire team.
