POSITION SUMMARY: As the Kids Club Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the coordination of special events and operations within Nemacolin Resort. Works in conjunction with all recreation outlets to coordinate and carry out all holidays and special events. Provides management of Kids Club facility, including providing instruction and guidance to children by planning and implementing daily program activities. Administers the facilities personnel, program objectives, and activities. Coordinates activities of Child Care Instructors and Aides including hiring, training, lesson planning, and discipline. Promotes and markets the facility with the goal of increasing profit while maintaining a quality learning environment for all enrolled children.
