Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Multimedia Intern to join our Marketing & Communications team within our Creative Team. This role reports directly to our Multimedia Specialist and supports the development of video and digital content that tells the story of McKim & Creed—our people, our projects, and the impact we make in communities every day. This is not a sit-behind-the-desk internship. You’ll gain boots-on-the-ground, real-world production experience —filming in the field, visiting project sites, capturing engineers in action, and learning professional video techniques in live environments. From planning shoots to setting up cameras and lighting on active job sites, you’ll be immersed in every stage of production. You’ll leave this internship with published, portfolio-ready work and practical production experience that sets you apart in a competitive creative field.
