Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for efficiently managing various administrative tasks for Bay Area Retina Revenue Cycle Management and Operations. The daily workload is diverse and integral to the overall functioning of the organization. - Provide front desk support, including greeting visitors in professional manner. - Receive, review, and distribute incoming faxes, mail and all other correspondence. Ensure timely and accurate processing of information received. - Review and process patient payments when appropriate - Respond to requests for medical records in compliance with privacy and confidentiality regulations.
