Reporting to the Director of Engineering, this integral roles provide support to the business and presents an amazing opportunity to play a key role in the maintenance of the world’s largest W Hotel. Responsibilities include (but not limited to): - Carries out urgent and non-urgent maintenance requests - Supports the engineering team day to day operations - Supports and drives improved guest experiences - Assists external contractors and outsourced preventative maintenance programs - Monitor stock levels of critical spares - Carry out preventative maintenance tasks in accordance with the property room preventative maintenance procedures and standard guidelines - Supports and innovates energy, water and waste conservation programs - Supports fire life safety,...
