The Account Management Specialist is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of customer orders within the ERP system, from contract entry through invoicing and fulfillment coordination. This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all order-related processes while serving as a key liaison between sales, production, shipping, and finance.
