Job Description MiTek is looking for an experienced and motivated engineer who has experience in designing real buildings, and is ready to influence how those buildings are designed at scale. As a Senior Structural Engineer within MiTek’s Global R&D Engineering Group, you’ll bring your experience as a structural engineer into a highly applied R&D environment focused on solving real-world structural challenges. This is not theoretical research, you will work on initiatives that directly impact how wood-framed buildings are designed, analyzed, and constructed across the industry. You’ll develop new structural methods, evaluate and interpret building codes, and translate field and design insights into scalable engineering solutions that power MiTek’s key initiatives.
