Your Responsibilities: The primary purpose of the phone room scheduler is providing a friendly, successful, informative, and supportive first contact for our patient and referral offices. This position works closely with the support staff team that includes front office, billing and insurance, and other schedulers, as well as interaction with members of the clinical team and Doctors.
