Description NATECH is seeking candidates to fill a role on a contract supporting Joint Ballistic Missile Defense Training & Education Center of Excellence (JBTEC). Training Development Specialists will provide Joint Missile Defense (MD) and/or Missile Warning (MW) training course development to ensure trained and ready MD/MW forces in service to the warfighter and the nation. Training Specialists will be experienced in Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC), other operational MW information displays, and Global Sensor Management (GSM) to provide superior training in support of real world operations. Training Development Specialists will execute training development in accordance with the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) framework to meet Joint Center of Excellence (JCoE) accreditation standards. The Mid-Level Training Development Specialist will support operations, curriculum development, curriculum maintenance, and the initial and sustainment training.
