Title: GENEDGE Regional Growth Manager- Western Region Hiring Range: $110,400-$165,600: Agency Website: www.genedge.org: Job Duties: *This is a GENEDGE position. VCCS/P&HCC currently serve as fiscal agent. NCI is the location of GENEDGE Headquarters.* GENEDGE is seeking a Regional Growth Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for manufacturers in Western Virginia. This role is responsible for developing relationships with manufacturers, understanding their business and operational challenges, and connecting them to GENEDGE’s consulting, training, and technical services. The Western Region incorporates Southwest, New River Valley, and Shenandoah Valley Virginia, primarily along I-81. The Regional Growth Manager also plays a key role in developing and leveraging partnerships with organizations that support manufacturers, including economic development organizations, industry associations, universities, and investment groups. These partnerships help extend GENEDGE’s reach, improve client outcomes, and strengthen the manufacturing ecosystem across the Commonwealth. This is a consultative, manufacturing-focused role.
