JOB SUMMARY: Champions the Agile approach, implements best practices, continuously improves team performance, and workflow to deliver digital solutions. Promotes Agile Values and principles to build trust and maintain a collaborative environment. Ensures team alignment with priorities, manages capacity, and assists in removing impediments. Works closely with Product Owners and team members to meet quality standards and mature the software delivery process. Develops team skills and Agile maturity through continuous learning, feedback, and coaching. This role is expected to be on-site in the Cincinnati, Ohio location 4 days a week. This is not a remote position. Midmark will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States. This is not a position for which sponsorship will be provided.
