We are now looking for an Area Director The Meta Area focuses on the systems that frame, support, and deepen the player experience. This includes progression, systems design, narrative structures, UI and UX, and other meta layers that shape long term engagement and player value across the game. As an Area Director, you will lead cross discipline work across multiple feature teams. You will work closely with an Area Producer and the Team Owners within your Area, providing high level vision, direction, and goals while ensuring teams are set up to deliver their best work. This role is suited for someone with strong experience as a Senior or Expert in Game Design, Systems Design, Narrative Design, and or UI or UX design.
