Based on eligibilty. 7pm- 730am Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30 This position is Sign-on Bonus Eligible Where You Will Work: The Mountain Laurel unit at Behavioral Health Davidson is a 22‑bed adult inpatient psychiatric unit serving individuals with mood disorders, psychosis, and dual diagnoses involving both psychiatric conditions and alcohol and/or substance use disorders. The unit is supported by a comprehensive multidisciplinary team that includes physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, psychiatric technicians, social workers, recreational and occupational therapists, spiritual care providers, and peer support specialists. Care on the unit is grounded in a patient‑centered practice model and incorporates trauma‑informed care principles throughout all patient interactions and treatment approaches.
