About the team OpenAI is building tools that enable people across an organization to create software, automate work, and build new capabilities with AI. To make that real at scale, we need AI native education that helps people develop durable skills, not just watch content. In Customer Education, we design learning experiences and certifications that accelerate adoption and unlock new builders inside enterprise customers. As the Learning Experience and Curriculum Lead, you will build learning pathways for the AI workforce. You will design learning experiences, write curriculum, define assessments. You will leverage AI throughout the work. That includes using models to draft and QA course content, generate practice scenarios and code examples, and help keep materials current when products evolve. The outcome is an education program that is higher quality, faster to produce, and easier to keep consistent. You will partner closely with Customer Education, Product, and Technical Success to ensure we teach skills that matter, show measurable outcomes, and support AI enablement at scale.
