Transportation Driver PRN - ( 2600004F ) Description Responsible for the safe, reliable and efficient operation of hospital vehicles, to include 15 passenger vans, wheelchair accessible bus, and 4-wheel drive vehicles. Also provides safe, timely, and efficient transportation of hospital patients, staff, and guests. This is a prn (as needed) position. Departmental hours of operation are Monday-Friday 6am-6:30pm Qualifications: Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED (Required) Minimum Work Experience: 2 years driving experience with a clean driving record. (Required) Required Skills/Knowledge: Ability to read and utilize maps to determine the shortest route to destinations. Ability to operate all hospital vehicles in a safe, responsible and efficient manner. Ability to communicate with the public, staff, and other drivers. Required Licenses and Certifications: Valid Driver License or CDL License class C or higher with a P endorsement. CPR certified or ability to obtain within 6 month period. 180 Days Must provide copy of Driving Record annually. Must be able to obtain D.O.T.
