Work Schedule: 60% FTE, 24 hours/week. 8-hour day shifts. Shifts are scheduled Monday through Thursday between the hours of 7:00 AM - 6:30 PM and Friday 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM. We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to: - Treat general spine/orthopedic patients of all ages and guide patients through appropriate individualized rehabilitation programs to meet the goals and objectives of their plan of care. - Provide consultative and rehabilitative treatment services to patients. - Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive evidence-based treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes and plan of care. - Seek continual learning opportunities to advance one’s own practice and educate others - Work within a large, dynamic rehabilitation team to continually provide exceptional patient and family centered care.
