Location Haverhill, Suffolk: Company: Sofina Foods Hours of Work: Full-time The Ideal Candidate: You will be an experienced manufacturing leader with a strong background in fast-paced FMCG or food production environments, ideally within a unionised setting. You will also bring: - Experience leading large operational teams within food manufacturing - Strong knowledge of production, packing and wider supply chain operations - Experience working within high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environments - Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies - Experience supplying major retail customers - Strong understanding of GMP, food safety and quality standards - Confident leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate teams - Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability - Good IT and systems knowledge - Degree qualification in Food Science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience - Experience within meat processing, slicing or packing operations would be advantageous Company Information: Sofina Foods isn't just a food company - It’s a place to build your future.
