What this job involves: The Chief Engineer is responsible for all facility operating systems at the specified site(s). They will manage and assign work duties to the Building Engineers and Maintenance Technicians as well as have a hands-on role in maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing all facility operating systems. Responsibilities: Oversee the scheduling, maintenance, and monitoring of all heating, ventilating, air conditioning, water, electric, emergency backup systems and other base building systems to ensure efficient operation.
