Job DetailsJob Location: SGCH New Life Resiliency Center - San Benito, TX 78586Position Type: Full Time Job Title: Surveillance Monitor: Department: Shelter: Supervisor: Program Director: FLSA Status: Non-Exempt: The surveillance Monitor will be responsible for providing oversight of surveillance review and documenting daily reporting. This individual is expected to monitor live video surveillance, report any issues or concerns, and maintain the surveillance system. The surveillance Monitor provides support during staff or client investigations and may provide ORR stakeholders with access to review footage, following Program Director's approval. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide a system of accountability and continuous supervision of the site population by monitoring all cameras on site, at the program. Report any outages in the surveillance videos to the direct supervisor, Program Director, and/or Assistant Program Director Network Administrator. Reports anything suspicious, anything that violates policies and procedures that may cause harm to someone else, and ensures the safety of all Unaccompanied Children (UC) and staff.
