Are you looking for a place where you can learn, experiment, and make a difference? As our HR Intern, you’ll help attract great talent, sharpen our employer brand, and keep our internal HR channels up to date. You’ll work closely with HR colleagues on projects like onboarding and learning & development, while getting hands-on experience with our tools, content, and day‑to‑day HR operations. It’s the perfect opportunity to grow, experiment, and shape the employee experience together with us. Your responsibilities: Recruitment & talent operations: - Screen applications and help manage candidate pipelines in our ATS (Jobylon). - Explore and support our talent platforms for sourcing and talent pooling. - Support interviews. Employer branding & content: - Build and maintain a forward-looking content calendar, propose formats, and plan posts. - Create on‑brand visuals in Canva ; update photos on the website and adapt visuals where needed. This in collaboration with our internal designer. Website & intranet: - Help refresh HR pages on our website and support updates on the HR intranet .
