Overview Job Summary: The Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) is an execution-focused engineer embedded directly with business, product, and delivery teams to rapidly design, build, and validate high-impact solutions. This role bridges engineering, product, and business, turning problems into working software, pilots, and proofs of value. Focused on Connected, a multi-year strategic program focused on modernizing and digitizing Sales, Recruiting, and Marketing capabilities across Allegis Group and its operating companies. The Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) is a critical execution role within the Connected program, responsible for rapidly deploying technical solutions directly into business workflows to validate value, inform product investment, and accelerate adoption. The FDE operates at the intersection of AI, data, platforms, and user workflows, deploying solutions “forward” into real environments, validating outcomes quickly, and informing scale decisions. This role is critical to evidence first delivery, rapid experimentation, and accelerating enterprise adoption of new capabilities.
