Assists in control and store back-up supply of China, glass, flatware, utensils, and small equipment. Our ideal candidate: College degree preferred. At least three years of stewarding or related janitorial experience with one year in multi unit and one year in supervision preferred. A working knowledge of sanitation requirements. Experience in all phases of banquets from setup to breakdown preferred. Certification in sanitation management a plus. Knowledge of P & L statements and budget. Must be computer literate.
