Carry out assignments accurately and in the most efficient and safe manner possible. Ability to make decisions within scope of responsibility. Ability to communicate with Supervisors in order to increase accuracy Additional Responsibilities: Provides training, direction and guidance to Warehouse staff Qualifications: Organization Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor: Interactions: Warehouse: CIC: Production: Professional Experience and Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent required, Associate’s degree preferred. Specific skills and knowledge: Minimum of 4-5 years in warehouse or distribution environment. Ability to prioritize assignments and complete on time. Writing and verbal skills must be able to read, write and speak local language fluently . Able to provide direction to workforce and to communicate warehouse rules and procedures.
