Overview Department: Telemetry, Inpatient: Schedule: Full-Time, Days: Facility: Holy Family Medical Center: Location: Des Plaines, IL: Responsibilities: Assists therapist in all ways to ensure optimum level of patient care; administers simple, routine treatments and assists in the maintenance and efficient operation of the department. Qualifications: EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING: 1. High School diploma or equivalent. 2. Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current. 3. Previous experience in Physical Therapy preferred.
