Position Overview: Joyce is seeking an Event Marketing Team Lead for the Charlotte and Columbia markets to drive lead generation and appointment setting at events while leading a team from the front. This is a hands-on, field-based role where you will actively engage homeowners, generate leads, and set appointments. You will set the tone for performance, coach your team in real time, and lead by example in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
