Job Description: HR & Site Operations Specialist Huntsman is seeking a HR & Site Operations Specialist supporting the Advanced Materials Division located in Los Angeles. This position will report to the HR Manager. Job Scope: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Site Operations Specialist to support our Los Angeles site. This role plays a key part in maintaining a compliant, efficient, and well-run operation by supporting HR processes while coordinating critical site activities. Reporting to the HR Manager, this position works closely with cross-functional teams including Production, EHS, Supply Chain, and Site Leadership. The role is focused on execution, coordination, and process support, with the opportunity to grow into broader HR responsibilities over time. This position is ideal for someone early in their HR career who is looking to build a strong foundation and develop into a future HR Generalist.
