PMO Project Coordinator The opportunity: As our PMO Project Coordinator, you’ll support the Real Estate Services (RES) PMO team by coordinating operational readiness and project tasks, maintaining project documentation, coordinating updates, and ensuring administrative continuity across multiple office fit-out projects. A key focus of this role is to proactively leverage general workplace and construction program knowledge to assist the Senior Project Managers working across multiple EY Real Estate Projects. This position is critical in supporting successful project outcomes and operational readiness tasks across EY’s regional footprint from a Workplace Services (WPS) perspective. Please note the role is offered on a 15-month contract basis . This role can be performed from any of our EY offices across Australia.
