Role and Responsibilities: Work with all team members in each area in day to day operations. Fill in areas when personnel call in due to illness or otherwise unable to come to work if staffing is not available. Job duties include knowledge of pellet mill, hammer mill, rail outload, quality, and control room runner positions. Train new hires when needed. Back up team leader on all fronts of PM/HM operation. Follow up on daily shift testing to make sure within spec and if not communicate to the team leader. Set up should own the 5s procedure with all that applies. Must be able to multitask by balancing multiple items throughout the process. Perform/coordinate housekeeping daily/weekly for shift swaps to maintain to required standard, also walk with Safety manager during housekeeping audit monthly.
