Let’s dive right in: - Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts with customers, suppliers, and partners. - Ensure all commercial agreements comply with UK law, company policies, and regulatory requirements. - Manage the entire contract lifecycle from initiation through to renewal or termination. - Provide internal teams with expert contractual advice and support on risk assessment. - Collaborate closely with Legal Counsel on complex and high-value agreements. - Oversee, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements across our UK operations.
