About the Role: As a Digital Children, Young Person and Family Worker, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide case management to children, young people and families affected by substance misuse (drug and alcohol). You will support individuals across all stages of their recovery journey, from assessment and engagement through to sustained recovery, while promoting the service across the Borough through digital engagement and social media.
