EPM is growing, and we are seeking Account Executives to join our team. You’ll be responsible for developing lending relationships with third-party originators and expanding existing accounts to increase closed loan volume. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and onboard qualified third-party originator/broker accounts. - Conduct sales calls with prospective and current accounts to assess strategic fit and opportunities. - Provide training to accounts on systems, policies, procedures, products, and updates. - Offer support and service to accounts and their staff. - Act as a liaison between accounts and the Equity operations teams. - Collaborate with management and internal teams to maintain professional partnerships with accounts. - Actively manage accounts pipeline and provide loan projections to management. - Prioritize and allocate time and resources effectively to meet goals. - Additional responsibilities related to business needs.
