Transmission Line Construction Manager

WSP is currently initiating a search for a Transmission Line Construction Manager for our Power Constructors, Inc. (PCI) sector for our Las Vegas, Nevada office. This position will be primarily field based that includes working in various locations in the client's service territory for the Nevada area. Be involved in projects with our Project Management team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our clients' objectives and solves their challenges. This Opportunity: To act as the Owner’s representative in the project areas. To oversee all aspects of the transmission facilities construction including interconnect, status reporting, owner purchased material, monitoring safety, startup and commissioning, and project closeout. This position is responsible for the overall management of the assigned project area, to ensure compliance with required budgetary, scheduling, and quality goals. Employees in this role coordinate and report on the construction work performed by contractors and/or vendors at the project site. This position is a field position and may require extensive travel.
