Booker • 2-4 Dewar Cl Fareham • Working hours 38 • Apply by 26-May-2026 About the role: To lead, motivate and manage a team of approximately 35 warehouse operatives across the am shift, ensuring the safe, efficient, and accurate picking and dispatch of goods in a fast-paced distribution environment. The role is critical in driving performance, maintaining high operational standards, and supporting continuous improvement. You will ensure that the receiving, storing, picking and dispatch of Goods in the correct manner to agreed productivity levels and within budgetary constraints. The working hours for this role are 6am-2pm with flexibility to cover other shifts on occasions when the business needs.
