Providence at Home is seeking a proactive Home Services Sales and Marketing Representative to expand our referral network, grow our patient census, and help shape the future of quality hospice and home healthcare for the Elmhurst, IL and Cook and DuPage County, IL areas. The Home Services Sales and Marketing Representative is responsible for growing business for the Home Health, Hospice and Palliative divisions, establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and referral sources, responding to customer requests and concerns. The Home Healthcare Sales and Marketing Representative reports to the V.P. of HCBS.
