Description Survey Party Chief: Direct and supervise the survey crew to make exact measurements and determine site layout to support all disciplines with a quality layout for unit installation. Provide data relevant to the shape, contour, gravitation, location, elevation, or dimension of land or land features on or near the earth's surface for engineering, construction, and other purposes.
