Overview At FutureCare our Dialysis Registered Nurses are skilled in handling patients with chronic kidney diseases. They are responsible for the delivery of all dialysis related nursing services for END Stage Renal Dialysis (ESRD) patient in chronic settings. They assess, administer medications, and monitor patients throughout dialysis as well as educate them on kidney disease and the lifestyle choices that help them to manage their disease.
