Job description

Job Description: Responsible for coordinating the preparation of architectural documents by architectural and engineering teams for assigned transportation-related projects under supervision of licensed architect. Prepare detailed specifications, drawings and architectural design plans for buildings and structures in conformity with project requirements and applicable codes, including IBC, NFPA and applicable local codes and zoning requirements. Ensure conformance with client standards, established architectural practices and technical adequacy of design and construction. Assist in developing design and technical solutions for projects in all phases, including graphics, renderings, and complex BIM modeling. Serve in project designer capacity to develop design and technical solutions for projects in all project phases.
