Memorial Medical Center General Full-Time CRNA Department: CRNA: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Las Cruces, NM: Compensation: $400,000 - $410,000 / year Description: Join our practice in Las Cruces, NM where CRNAs and MDs practice independently alongside each other in a Collaborative Anesthesiology Team. You’ll join a collegial team of 18 CRNAs and 5 anesthesiologists who prioritize inter-professional collaboration to ensure we provide our patients with the best possible anesthetic care. CRNAs will practice to the full scope of their license and independently perform all pre-ops, anesthetics, PACU management, blocks, lines, etc. A facilitator is available to help run the board, for consultation, and for a second set of hands in an emergency. Case Variety: General, Cardiovascular, GI, Urology, Ortho, Bariatrics, Podiatry & GYN, It's a perfect spot for someone who wants to escape the ACT model and begin independent practice.
