HR Generalist The HR Generalist at Läderach North America will support critical HR functions across the US, Canada and Puerto Rico, with a strong focus on HRIS maintenance, recruiting, and onboarding. Reporting to the Human Resources Business Partner TX, this full-time, on-site role is based in our Dallas, Texas office. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent HRIS skills, and a keen interest in expanding their HR knowledge. What you can expect: - You support and coordinate policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to meet the organization’s human resources, compliance, and strategic needs. - You maintain HR files on SharePoint, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. - You continuously review and process incoming documents in UKG, our HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. - You assist with the recruitment process, including managing requisitions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and updating the recruitment dashboard. - You own the end-to-end onboarding process, including tracking candidate progress and facilitating New Hire Orientation. - You prepare and manage various HR correspondence and r...
