About the role: The Integrated Family Services Senior Practitioner is a leadership and practice-focused role that supports the Integrated Family Services Coordinator in leading the Integrated Family Services Team and delivering high quality, intensive family services. Situated within Family Services in the Community Programs Division at MacKillop and based in the Footscray IFS Team, the role combines advanced casework with supervision, service development and system collaboration. The Senior Practitioner contributes to high quality practice by providing informal and additional supervision, consultation, training and support to staff and students, assisting with recruitment, induction and professional development, and promoting evidence-based, strengths-based practice aligned with the Best Interest Case Practice Model and the Sanctuary Framework.
