As a key member of Aledade’s Customer Success team within Provider Networks, the Learning Experience Design Specialist role designs and delivers high-impact, research-based learning experiences for primary care practices, creating engaging content that accelerates technology adoption and supports value-based care workflows. By balancing the unique needs of partner practices with Aledade’s strategic goals, this position develops innovative programs that enhance knowledge retention, drive meaningful behavior change, and generate measurable outcomes—all while collaborating across teams to ensure user-centered, inclusive solutions. Candidates should be comfortable working remotely/work from home anywhere within the US.
